[Bioc-devel] Files removed from svn are not disappearing from Git mirror

Thanks both of you for the assistance! Hervé: Wasn't trying to make things
any worse by committing and then removing them -- just thought that might
work after I observed that the Git mirror appeared to register the new
commits of files but not subsequent commits to delete them. Hopefully this
is the last time I "break" the mirror-svn connection.
