[Bioc-devel] git svn mirrors

Hi develers
My new package "scater" has just been added to Bioc-devel (thanks!).
Development so far has all been on GitHub, so I've been trying to follow
the instructions at
http://bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/git-mirror/ to set up git-svn
mirroring.
When I get to the "git svn rebase" step I get the dreaded "Unable to
determine upstream SVN information from working tree history" message.
I note that currently "https://github.com/Bioconductor-mirror/scater"
does not exist.
Would that be the problem? The package was only added last week, so is
this just reflecting a lag in the process, or do I need to do something
else to set this up?
Apologies if I've missed something obvious here.
Best wishes
Davis
