this 'touch' allowed cleanup and info to succeed but did not actually solve
the problem. instead i decided to do a fresh checkout.
i have not run into anything like this in ~10 years of svn usage (we did
start out with CVS so i can't say 15). any clues as to what i may have
done wrong? this
svn version is 1.7.19. in a linux version we run (1.6.11) i do not see
this "pristine"
folder
