This has been fixed in today's builds. 

For example: http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/release/bioc-LATEST/EnrichmentBrowser/moscato2-buildsrc.html

PS., in future please include specific package names so we can track down the issues (in this case they did _not_ occur in all packages).
