[Bioc-devel] ensembldb: Ensembl based annotation packages

dear all,

I've build Ensembl based annotation packages (similar to the TxDb packages) for Hsapiens, Mmusculus and Rnorvegicus for Ensembl versions 75 and 79 (Marc, I have pushed them to the tracker, they should pass the R CMD check now).

If anybody wants some more species/Ensembl version just drop me a line.
