Hi,
I am the maintainer of chimera package.
In the devel branch I have a warning related to the load of
Homo.sapiens package in the namespace:

checking whether the namespace can be loaded with stated dependencies
... WARNING
Error: .onLoad failed in loadNamespace() for 'Homo.sapiens', details:
  call: .extractPkgsAndCols(gd)
error: could not find function "setNames"

In the NAMESPACE of chimera the Homo.sapiens is imported as:
import(Homo.sapiens)

Any suggestion how to solve the warning?

Cheers

Raf
