Hi Dan,

I got this when I tried to commit a change.

Transmitting file data ..svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Commit blocked by pre-commit hook (exit code 1) with output:
Use of the encoding pragma is deprecated at
/extra/svndata/gentleman/svnroot/bioconductor/hooks/
check-case-insensitive.pl line 36.
sh: 1: /usr/local/subversion3/bin/svnlook: not found
sh: 1: /usr/local/subversion3/bin/svnlook: not found
Please enter a commit message which details what has changed during this
commit.
