Yes, and this looks to be due to continuing problems with NCBI/GEO.
This has been reported before
(https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/bioconductor/2012-February/043247.html)
and the suggestion was to wait a while; however this has been going on
for a couple of days, so maybe contacting NCBI would be constructive.
