[Bioc-devel] summarizeOverlaps example error

Hi Mark,

Try GenomicRanges 1.9.42 which requires IRanges 1.15.29. The example ran 
successfully for me with this combination. There was a problem was with 
newCompressedList() in IRanges which was fixed in r68298.

Small tweak to newCompressedList0() internal constructor so it produces 
valid
GRangesList objects.
