[Bioc-devel] Bioconductor 2.9 Release Schedule

Hi developers,

R 2.14 will turn alpha in less than 2 weeks and the final R 2.14.0
is scheduled for Monday, October 31, 2011.

We plan to release Bioconductor 2.9 the day after R 2.14.0 is released
i.e. on Tuesday, November 1st, 2011. Please have a look at the detailed
schedule for BioC 2.9:

Note that the deadline for submitting a package that goes into this
release is Monday, October 10, 2011. If you submit a package after
October 2011, it won't be included in BioC 2.9 but it will be a
candidate for inclusion in BioC 2.10 (planned for 2012).
