[Bioc-devel] Packages for deprecation

Bioc developers --

Even good packages reach an end of life; please let me know if any of 
the packages you maintain are no longer state-of-the-art, or if you are 
no longer interested in maintaining them.

We'll mark packages as deprecated for a release cycle and then, unless a 
new maintainer steps forward, remove the package from the subsequent 
release.
