You can't commit to the 2.7 branch. Try the 2.8 branch (current release), here:
https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor/branches/RELEASE_2_8/madman/Rpacks/IsoGeneGUI/

or trunk (current devel) here:
https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor/trunk/madman/Rpacks/IsoGeneGUI/
