Hi Dario --

Thanks for the bug report; look for version 1.6.3 for a fix.

Use yieldTabix to get consecutive chunks of the file (including the 
whole thing in one big chunk).

example(yieldTabix)
res <- yieldTabix(TabixFile(fl))
