[Bioc-devel] Fixed FCS file parsing bug in flowCore IO.R

There is a bug in the flowCore library that prevents correct parsing
of the TEXT segment.

The FCS standard allows for delimiter characters to exist inside of
values in the TEXT segment, provided they are correctly escaped. This
is not taken into account by flowCore.

The problem affected our lab's ability to read the FCS files generated
by our Millipore Guava Flow Cytometer.

The attached file contains a patch against flowCore 1.20.0
