I think the Package: line ends with a new line only ('\n'; Linux) 
whereas your other lines end with carriage return and new line ('\r\n'; 
windows). This is throwing off an early stage in the build system, 
before R even sees the package. Remember that the build system only runs 
once a day so you will not know that you have been successful until the 
next build cycle.
