[Bioc-devel] building packages with R 2.13.0

Hi,

I wonder if any of you have seen the following issue when building a
package with R-2.13.0?


carval03$ R CMD build oligo
* checking for file ‘oligo/DESCRIPTION’ ... OK
* preparing ‘oligo’:
* checking DESCRIPTION meta-information ... OK
* cleaning src
* installing the package to re-build vignettes
* creating vignettes ... OK
* cleaning src
Error in setwd(pkgname) : cannot change working directory
Execution halted


But building with R-2.12.0 works just fine....
