[Bioc-devel] Release build system: SVGAnnotation package version

Hi,

in order to address the issue mentioned in 
https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/bioconductor/2010-October/035958.html, 
Duncan has provided an update to the SVGAnnotation package, 0.7-2 (*).

I consequently checked in an update to arrayQualityMetrics' DESCRIPTION 
file in the release branch in order to state its dependency on that 
(before, no version requirement was stated), but this causes R CMD check 
to fail on the Bioconductor build systems, probably because they use an 
older version of SVGAnnotation:
http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/release/bioc-LATEST/arrayQualityMetrics/liverpool-checksrc.html

Is it possible to update SVGAnnotation on the release and devel build 
systems?

(And, I assume, that will then trigger provision of the new 
arrayQualityMetrics_3.2.1 on 
http://bioconductor.org/help/bioc-views/2.7/bioc/html/arrayQualityMetrics.html)

(*) SVGAnnotation 0.7-0 assumed a particular behaviour of the libcairo 
library that the latter had in version 1.8, but that changed in libcairo 
1.10.0. The newer SVGAnnotation works with both.
