[Bioc-devel] Gene Annotation and Gene Ontology

Hi, Zhiyou

We have developed a bioconductor package, GeneAnswers, which also uses
hypergeometric test to run enrichment test for a group of genes. The
background algorithm is similar to GoStats/Category, but GeneAnswers can
provide keywords test and extra graphics representation for analysis.
