[Bioc-devel] edgeR - gene annotation bug fixed

Hi all

On June 10, Raffaele Calogero reported a bug in edgeR related to the
association of gene annotations with tags. I am happy to report that
this bug has now been fixed. 

We have made changes to several functions to improve treatment of gene
annotations and tags with all zero counts are no longer
discarded. This will particularly improve the analysis of datasets with more than
two groups. These changes have recently been committed to the devel
version 1.7.4 and the release version 1.6.7 of edgeR.
