[Bioc-devel] biocLite source not found

I have just tried several times to execute the following commands

 source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")
 source("http://www.bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")

and keep getting the error

Error in file(file, "r", encoding = encoding) :
  cannot open the connection
In addition: Warning message:
In file(file, "r", encoding = encoding) :
  cannot open: HTTP status was '404 Not Found'

When I paste the addresses into my browser I get the Object Not Found
error message.

BioC website itself it up.
