[Bioc-devel] new package TEQC

Dear developers,

we would like to announce the new package TEQC for quality assessment in target capture experiments.

Targeted sequencing of genomic regions of interest (e.g. the exome) is now widely used. Besides ensuring good quality of the sequencing itself, it is also important to check the quality of the target enrichment process. TEQC addresses this issue and provides functions for assessing and visualizing enrichment quality measures, like specificity and sensitivity of the capture, per-target read coverage and so on.
