[Bioc-devel] BioC 2.5 svn branch to be created

BioC developers,

The BioC 2.5 SVN branch for software packages is ready and you
may now resume SVN check-ins. The URL for this branch is:

 
https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor/branches/RELEASE_2_5/madman/Rpacks/

This is where you'll find the release version of your package.
Only bug fixes or documentation improvements should be applied
to it.

The development version of your package still lives under:

   https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor/trunk/madman/Rpacks/

This is where new features, new code, etc. should go.

The build/check results for BioC 2.5 (the new release) are here:

   http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/2.6/bioc-LATEST/

The build/check results for BioC 2.6 (the new devel) are here:

   http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/2.5/bioc-LATEST/

All build/check results are updated daily.
