[Bioc-devel] BioC 2.5 Packages: Passing check without WARNINGS

Hello all,
The BioC 2.5 release date (28 Oct 2009) is rapidly approaching and 
packages are intended to build without WARNINGS by week's end. Thanks to 
all your efforts in continued maintenance, the BioC 2.5 build report is 
showing mostly green (aside from the Windows Server 2008 build machine):

There are still 11 packages, by my account, that require package 
maintainer attention to remove outstanding WARNINGS. They are:
genArise, GeneticsBase, GenomeGraphs, GlobalAncova, goTools, 
GraphAlignment, MLInterfaces, RankProd, reb, simpleaffy, and SMAP. If 
you are on the maintenance team for any of these 11 packages, now is the 
time to get your changes in. Thanks in advance.
