[Bioc-devel] CHM and HTML help files missing ?

Support for CHM help has been drop starting with R v2.10.0.  It has
been discussed and motivated on the r-help mailing list several times,
e.g.

This is actually a bit hard to find out, but it is explicit in the
'Windows specific' change file

http://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/base/CHANGES.R-2.10.0

that you find via the CRAN installation page for Windows.
