[Bioc-devel] Question about Bioc 2.1 daily check

Thanks Martin for checking this!
Yes all our build machines have access to the net. Today the TIMEOUT
problem in goTools's vignette has gone (see last 2.1 build/check report)
without any intervention on our side which indicates that we were probably
hit by temporary network issues.
