[Bioc-devel] Maintainers: we have created the BioC 2.1 release branch in svn

Hello again BioC package maintainers,

As announced in my previous email, we have just created the BioC 2.1
release branch in svn. This means that now you have access to 2 separate
versions of your package in subversion:

- the release version under

    https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor/branches/RELEASE_2_1/madman/Rpacks/

- and the devel version under

    https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor/trunk/madman/Rpacks/

For all the packages that are going into the release, the version number (x.y.z)
was bumped: y is even for the release version and y is odd for the devel version.

>From this point forward, all bug fixes for the release must be committed to the
release version of your package. Non-release development can begin again on its
devel version.
