[Bioc-devel] Updates to SVN do not show up?!?

Hi,

mid last week I committed some fixes to:

https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor/trunk/madman/Rpacks/affxparser/R/readCelUnits.R

One can identify the new file by looking at the tail of the file:

# 2007-02-01 [KS]
# o Now readCelUnits() can handle unit groups for which there are no probes,
#   e.g. when stratifying on PM in a unit containing only MMs.

However, the update does not show up in the build:

http://bioconductor.org/packages/2.0/bioc/src/contrib/affxparser_1.7.3.tar.gz

The first update was in rev 22374 and then when it didn't show up in
the build I made some dummy changes to rev 22419.  According to
http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/2.0/ the latest build is now:

Why is the new updates not showing up?
