[Bioc-devel] BioC 1.9 Release Schedule now available

Hi all,

The release schedule for Bioconductor 1.9 has been finalized and is
available here:

If you are a BioC package maintainer, please review the schedule and
plan on spending some time checking your package and reviewing the
reports here:

Highlights:

  05 Sep: Use R-2.4.0 alpha to test your packages
  
  19 Sep: Code freeze, must pass R CMD check without errors
  
  29 Sep: Must pass R CMD check without warnings
  
  03 Oct: R 2.4.0 released
  
  04 Oct: BioC 1.9 released
