[Bioc-devel] Farewell to exprSet and phenoData, two deprecated classes

Quick update:

Much progress seems to have been made in deprecating methods with
exprSet in the signature.  There is lot of RED on the build report
becaues the version of R being used for the builds predates the
ability to specify a msg argument to the .Deprecated function.  

We will update the R-devel used for the builds as soon as possible.
