limma 2.6.2 is available on our BioC 1.8 repos since this morning:

  http://bioconductor.org/packages/1.8/bioc/html/limma.html

To update your current limma (for R 2.3.0 users only):

  > source('http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R')
  > biocLite('limma')
