[Bioc-devel] Sweave windows style path

I agree, \string~ seems an achievable solution.

In the meantime, I've re-installed R on my own Windows system to c:\R\etc so that I can get rid of
\usepackage{Sweave} in the limma package.  I'm not clear whether this will also solve the check
and build errors at the Bioconductor end.
