Hi Ajish,

Apologies for the confusion.  Kasper's suggestion should get you
going.  Actually, I believe getBioC will also work, just leave out the
develOK=TRUE argument.

In the past, the installation scripts allowed any version of R and any
verison of Bioc.  This led to much confusion because R version and
Bioc releases are in lock-step.

We will add some documentation for How To Install Devel Packages.
