[Bioc-devel] Warnings on today's check results page

Hi all,

We are experiencing some technical difficulties with our build
process.  The latest symptom is that the check process is happening
before vignettes are built.  So today's check results [1] show many
warnings which are false positives.  

Just wanted to let y'all know that we are aware of the issue and
working to resolve it.
