[Bioc-devel] Rgraphviz ported to Windows

Hi all,

Rgraphviz_1.6.1 is working (for me) on Windows using R 2.2 (devel).  I
was able to compile the graphviz library using mingw (much
hand-holding of the build process involved) and then things seemed to
Just Work.

I would like some folks to try it out before I make any announcements
on the bioconductor list.

How to try it:

You need a development version of R (2.2.x).  Then:

source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")
biocLite("Rgraphviz")
