[Bioc-devel] ANN: updated YEAST package in the develop version repository

Hi,

There is an updated YEAST package (version 1.11.13) released in the 
BioConductor annotation package develop repository:
http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/data/annotation/1.8/src/contrib/html/

Here are the new features in this version:
  - new environments:
    a. YEASTPFAM:
       mappings from yeast systematic names to Pfam ids
    b. YEASTINTERPRO:
       mappings from yeast systematic names to InterPro ids
    c. YEASTCOMMON2SYSTEMATIC:
       mapping from yeast commom names (alias and gene names) to the 
systematic names.  This is the reverse mappings of both YEASTALIAS and 
YEASTGENENAME
  - new data:
    a. YEASTREJECTORF:
       a set of real but rejected yeast ORF names reported in Kellis et 
al. (2003)

details.  Comments/suggestions are welcome.
